Alpine skiing and snowboarding Mont-Sainte-Anne
Host of many World Cup events and mostly renowned for its unique expert terrain, Mont-Sainte-Anne
features trails for every category of skiers. Spread over three sides, the skiing terrain offers breathtaking scenery all around the mountain, with the St. Lawrence River at the south bottom, Quebec city to the west, Charlevoix to the east and the Laurentians to the north. The 64 trails cover 450 acres and 42 miles (68 km), with a 2,050-foot (625-meter) vertical drop. At night, skiers will enjoy the 17 lighted trails and the highest vertical drop for night skiing in Canada.
You can ski the expert slopes of the south side including the Black Forest under wood, the extreme west side of La Crete with 3km and 625 meter vertical drop, the speed of the groomed slopes of Gros Vallon on the south east slopes or the Paradeuse on the north side and the eastern slopes for enjoyable family pleasure. For the expert, the two “S” trails by the gondola offer double diamond pleasure with one kilometre of abrupt vertical drop.
