DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% of your stay is required for winter reservations (from November 15th, 2010 to March 22nd, 2011) and will be charged at the moment of the reservation.
Christmas Holiday (from Dec 24th 2011 to January 4th 2012) A deposit of 50% of the stay will be taken at time of booking. On November 1 the rest of the payment will be taken on the credit card. The deposit is not refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
WINTER (From Nov 15th 2011 to March 22nd 2012, excluding Christmas holiday)
- more than 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge
- less than 7 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will not be refundable
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY (from Dec 24th 2011 to January 4th 2012)
- Before November 1st, cancellation is free of charge
- After November 1st, non refundable.
SPRING & SUMMER (from March 23rd to November 14th 2011)
- more than 2 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge
- less than 2 days prior to arrival, penalty of 1 night.
CONGRES & MEETING
- 2 days prior to arrival
