Our pet friendly hotel program
We are pleased to welcome you and your beloved pet in our hotel.
Following the increasing demand from our clientele, we have become a Pet Friendly Hotel. Pets are accepted at the hotel in some rooms, please inquire when booking
- We accepts pet only (excluding exotic animals).
- There is also a 20$ fee per night / per pet.
- We consider you as fully responsible for your pet's behaviour.
- Maximum of 2 pets per room.
- It is required to notify at reservation our front desk team that you will be accompanied by your pet during your stay.
Guests must also conform to the following implemented policies.
- Security of the other clients and of the hotel staff will never be compromised by the presence of your pet.
- Your pet will be leashed or in a cage to circulate in the hotel.
- Your pet will be in a cage if you leave it alone in your room. (Cage available at the concierge desk)
- The front desk will be advised if ever you need to leave your pet alone in the room.
- Tranquility of other clients will never be compromised by the presence of your pet.
- The initial state of the room's furniture will not be deteriorated by the presence of your pet.
- You will assume additional fees for any damages caused by your pet.
Your pet is not admitted to the restaurant, health center, pool area, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, arcade and playroom.
The hotel direction has the permanent right to revoke your pet's right of stay if one or many of these policies are not respected.
